Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Shusokumb within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges. Your Shusokumb must be returned in good condition, and with the appropriate invoice.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment, and credited to the account used for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the returned purchase to our customer service department.
